Ovation Commercial Kitchens specialise in designing and creating setups that suit the individual requirement of a modern professional kitchen, restaurant or foodservice area. Design

Visualising your own kitchen or restaurant helps to ensure that both technical and operational requirements are fulfilled prior to a build starting. With access to the latest modelling software, we can produce stunning, high-quality 3D renders that work in combination with traditional 2D CAD drawings. These renders are specific to each site, and we can even generate incredibly lifelike walk-through videos, giving you a completely realistic picture prior to the work starting on site.

The optional 3D renders allow your team, from the F&B Director to the Executive Chef and Maître d’ to be completely satisfied with the layout, the flow of the kitchen, the position of the equipment and the layout of a dining room. Our expertise means we can design front of house settings that wow your customers, tell a story, match your business ethos, or something that is simply designed to operate efficiently.

This latest 3D software has the flexibility and versatility to create authentic image and video content, and thanks to the good ongoing relationships we have with interior designers, we can demonstrate both interior and exterior layouts from virtually any angle and from almost every perspective. Most importantly, the software ensures the designer has captured your ideal concept and have transformed it into a quality, adaptable design that suits your needs. It is by working collaboratively with the designers and in conjunction with the software that we are able to deliver a turn-key solution that is bespoke to your business and it’s needs.

Project management

From your very first introduction to Ovation Commercial Kitchens, our project managers will guide you through the entire process, becoming your main point of contact for the job. Working directly with each contractor, your project manager will be hands on, liaising with tradespeople, attend site meetings and working in conjunction with architects and designers to achieve a smooth roadmap that completes on time, within budget and ultimately, to the brief.

Specification

Whether you know the make and model you want or you’re after advice on the latest developments and innovations in the world of catering equipment, Ovation Commercial Kitchens can help. Working closely with all the major equipment manufacturers, we use our unique position to advise, support and guide you through the specification process – ultimately ensuring you to get the most from your kitchen.

Specification goes further than solely catering equipment though. Our expert team can support you when it comes to ventilation, extraction, furniture and tableware. We can even help with flooring, textiles, fixtures and fittings if required.

Installation

With more than three decades in the foodservice sector, we know the importance of quick, efficient and correct installation – first time, every time. All our engineers are fully trained, accredited to the relevant industry specific qualifications and have years of knowledge and expertise on the equipment supplied by the industry’s leading manufacturers.

Our team can undertake all areas of installation, including electrical and gas works, giving you the peace-of-mind that your site is not only safe for your staff and your customers, but also commissioned and ready to operate.
