Fabrication.

When standard doesn’t fit, we build what does.

Made-to-measure stainless steel fabrication designed around your kitchen, your menu and the way your team works.

Made-to-measure stainless steel fabrication designed around your kitchen, your menu and the way your team works.

Off-the-shelf equipment is built for the average kitchen. Yours isn’t average. Awkward footprints, listed buildings, open-kitchen theatre, a pass that has to serve two rooms at once, a bar that has to hold ice, glassware and a coffee station in a space the architect forgot about – real projects have real constraints, and catalogue products rarely solve them.

Our bespoke fabrication service gives you another option. We design and manufacture made-to-order stainless steel and catering fabrication to fit your space precisely, function the way your operation needs, and match the quality of everything else in the kitchen. Rather than forcing your project to work around standard components, we build the components around your project.

What we fabricate

  • Stainless steel worktops, tables and preparation benches
  • Serving counters, passes, hot and cold gantries
  • Front-of-house counters, bars, back-bar units and coffee stations
  • Wall shelving, over-shelves, racking and storage units
  • Sink units, wash-up benches and dishwasher tabling
  • Extraction canopies and ventilation systems
  • Wall cladding, splashbacks and hygienic finishes
  • Equipment stands, plinths and infill pieces to close awkward gaps
  • Servery and display counters for care homes, cafés and garden centres
  • Modifications and additions to existing fabrication

If it’s stainless steel and it belongs in a kitchen, we can almost certainly make it.

Designed and built by kitchen people

Our fabrication is specified by the same designers who plan your kitchen, using the same 3D modelling that shapes the whole project. Every counter, shelf and canopy is drawn in context – checked against workflow, equipment, services and clearances before a single sheet is cut. Design intent doesn’t get lost between the drawing and the workshop.

A better fit, first time

Made-to-measure means exactly that. We survey, we measure, we draw, and we manufacture to the millimetre – so installation is faster, cleaner and free of the on-site improvisation that costs time and compromises quality.

One integrated route from concept to completion

Design, fabrication, equipment supply, installation and long-term maintenance all sit under one roof. There’s no gap between the person who designed it and the person who made it, and no arguing over whose fault it is when something doesn’t line up. It just lines up.

Built for the long haul

Heavy-gauge stainless steel, welded and polished to a commercial standard, designed to withstand the heat, moisture and daily punishment of a working kitchen. Hygienic, durable and easy to clean – and if it ever needs modifying as your business changes, we can do that too.

Front of house as well as back

Fabrication isn’t just about the prep area. We build the counters, bars and display units that your customers see, working with your interior designer or architect to match finishes, materials and the look and feel of the venue.

Lower energy costs

Clean, correctly calibrated equipment uses less energy. Where we see an opportunity to cut running costs or improve sustainability, we’ll tell you.
